1. Delivery Policy

1.3 Shipping Fees

  • Standard Shipping: Rs 250.

1.4 International Shipping

  • Currently, we only ship within Sri Lanka. For international shipping inquiries, please contact our support team.

1.5 Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its status.

2. Returns Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • Return requests are initiated within [7-14 days] of receiving the product.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is provided.

2.2 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Gift cards or vouchers.
  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale.”

2.3 Return Process

  • Pack the item securely and include all original accessories and packaging.
  • We will provide a return label or instructions for sending the item back.
  • Shipping costs for returns may apply unless the item is damaged or defective.

2.4 Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within [7-10 business days] after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
  • Please note that refunds will always be returned to the payment-initiated method wherever possible

3. Damaged or Defective Items
